EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Refunds, store credits and exchanges are all available at The Ugg Boot Factory.
The Ugg Boot Factory can only accept returns on items that are in their absolute original condition. Items must not be worn or damaged.
Our refund period is 28 days and you must provide us with proof of purchase so please retain your receipt.
Beyond the 28 day period, or in the absence of proof of purchase, The Ugg Boot Factory can only offer an exchange or store credit.

Exchanges and refunds must be posted back to The Ugg Boot Factory at the customers expense and a return prepaid express bag must be included should you require a replacement item.
Sale Items are not eligible for returns or exchanges so please choose carefully.

SHIPPING

PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 5 DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE SHIPPED

We do not ship to PO boxes. We also do not accept any responsibility for parcels once they have left our premises. Any missing parcel claims need to be taken up with the postal service.

Shipping rates are-

Orders up to $200 in value are $16

Orders in value from $200 to $400 are $20

Orders in value from $400 and up are $25

this excludes over sized items such as rugs and cowhides

SIZING 

UGGS & SLIPPERS - When choosing your size we recommend going off your current shoe size.  Our sizing is based on a mens fitting, so when you receive your order, it will come with two sizes, a mens size and a ladies size. There is always two sizes difference between a man and ladies.

SCHOOL SHOES - Our sizing is based on Australian Kids Junior Shoes

Please remember the colours will vary depending on the device you are using to view our website.
